Michael Winsberg has been a licensed attorney in Louisiana since 1989. After graduating from Tulane University Law School, Michael clerked at the Louisiana Supreme Court for five years. Upon completion of his clerkship, Michael opened his own practice. The firm's primary practice areas include real estate, personal injury, successions, general litigation and criminal law. Michael is admitted to practice before both federal and state courts in Louisiana.

Michael is blessed to have learned under his father, who is one of the preeminent criminal minds in the state of Louisiana. Jerome M. Winsberg was the Chief Judge of Criminal District Court and has sat on the bench for over 30 years. Judge Winsberg was inducted into the Louisiana Judicial Hall of Fame in 2007. Michael also consults with his uncle, Mitchell W. Herzog on Real Estate matters. Mitchell graduated from Tulane University in 1966 with a B. A. degree, and, in 1968 he earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School where he was the winning Moot Court finalist and Associate Editor of the Tulane Law Review. Mitchell is also licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
